Derek Grijns brings more than 13 years of experience in global financial markets to his role at ISGAM Private Wealth. Before joining the firm, he spent much of his career in senior energy sales and trading positions, where he worked closely with institutional clients navigating fast-moving, high-stakes markets.
That background shapes how Derek advises clients today. The disciplines that matter on a trading desk – understanding risk, staying clear-headed in volatile conditions and communicating clearly – are the same ones that serve individuals and families building long-term wealth. Derek works with clients to understand their goals and build strategies that reflect both market realities and personal circumstances.
Derek leads our West Palm Beach office. Derek has a B.A. in Business Management from Manhattanville College and a FINRA Series 3 license.
